Printed in the traditional form of a “Journal”, these series of photographs were captured by Elina Kechicheva for the “soulier de sport” (sport shoe) collection, fall and winter 2009. Revealing the blue flower of adolescence concealed within the depths of the universe: between the smoothness of the cut stone and the heavy marking produced by the skateboard. An endless doubt emerges. The tracks reflect an abstract movement but decisive in which we abandon ourselves to distraction, an urban poetry which lulls adolescents –lost -like on an island – Paris – the island. It is with reminiscence that we discover the shoes in the eclectic street universe… |
